Fringe Salon is a boutique hair salon and art gallery located on the 5th floor of the Bok Building in the heart of South Philly. Fringe specializes in custom cuts, color and curly hair textures for women and men. The Fringe Team believes in providing the best in hair care: from in depth consultations to finished result – we aim to give the client a look that they can confidently wear and style as their very own. Fringe Salon is a haven for hair and art. We have 2 month rotating art shows featuring local artists works for sale, complete with lively art openings.
