Fringe Studio is located at the heart of downtown Victoria and is owned and operate by hairstylist, Kimber Parmar. This little studio is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle as its second story view provides you with a different perspective during your appointment. The single chair studio is private and quiet, so you can take the time to check in with yourself or just relax in the natural light and soulful playlist. Kimber is a balayage specialist who also loves working with the hairs natural texture. She also loves chatting about your favourite podcast or book but is also happy to hang in silence with some jams playing in the background.
